Stockton, Teesside UK - ALEX Driver of Atkins Plc, the giant construction services group, is hoping to drum up enthusiasm for a sculpture he has designed called Reclaimed Materials Tornado which he would like to build on a roundabout in Stockton. He was at the recent formation meeting for a reusable materials centre there.
